Dr. Karly Keil, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Growing up in the small town of Camden, NY, I was immersed in a tight-knit community that values hard work, collaboration, and supporting one another. These small-town values have helped shape myself both personally and professionally, fostering my commitment to helping others and building strong, meaningful relationships with my patients. From an early age, I found a passion for sports, excelling in soccer, volleyball, and track & field throughout high school. While all sports held a special place in my heart, soccer was my true passion, which I continued to pursue at the collegiate level.

I attended Nazareth University, where I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), combining my passion for movement and sports with my desire to help others. Throughout my education and career, I have remained committed to empowering athletes and active individuals to overcome injuries and return to their training and sport with confidence and strength.

I am especially passionate about sports rehabilitation and have extensive experience working with diverse populations, including youth athletes, geriatric individuals, weekend warriors, high school competitors, and professional athletes. My clinical approach is highly individualized, allowing me to tailor each treatment plan to the unique needs and goals of the person in front of me — ensuring not only recovery, but elevated performance.

One of my greatest strengths is building meaningful connections through education and collaboration. I believe that empowering my clients with knowledge and fostering strong therapeutic relationships are essential to building confidence and autonomy throughout the rehabilitation process. I take pride in guiding individuals toward their performance goals and helping them become the strongest, most resilient versions of themselves — both physically and mentally.

Outside of my practice, I maintain an active lifestyle through weightlifting, explosive and plyometric training, recreational soccer, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and playing tennis, pickleball, and a variety of recreational sports with friends and family. I also enjoy walking my dog Kali. My personal experiences as an athlete deeply inform my approach, allowing me to serve not just as a clinician, but as a trusted partner in your journey toward recovery and peak performance.

Whether in the clinic or on the field, I am driven by a single mission: to help active individuals feel their absolute best and reach their fullest potential.
